After a long investigation, the criminal case against the co-founder of “Qaryak Media” Company, former MP Mihran Taron Hakobyan and others initiated due to the fact of organizing and holding a rally on 19 November, 2020 at the Baghramyan Avenue-Demirchyan intersection in violation of the law was terminated. “The latter was arrested within the framework of the criminal case, then by the decision of the Court the arrest was recognized as illegal, the search of M. Hakobyan’s apartment in the same case was recognized as illegal as well,” the lawyer noted.
