The trilateral meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is taking place in Sochi.
In a conversation with Aliyev, Putin mentioned that there are incidents and issues that need to be resolved. “As for the settlement of the Karabakh conflict, we will discuss the issue at a trilateral meeting. The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan will join us soon.”
“Unfortunately, there are problems, incidents occur, and unfortunately there are victims. Today we will discuss how to create conditions for calming the situation, for development in the region, in a way that would allow people to live in peace and countries to develop,” Putin said.
