On 12 October, the sitting of the Competition Ad Hoc Committee for filling two vacancies of the members of the Council of Public Broadcaster of Armenia took place, in which the five members of the commission participated:
Hakob Hakobyan (Hakob Movses) formerly RA Minister of Culture, translator, poet (Chairman of the Competition Committee).
Artyom Yerkanyan – TV commentator, host, member of the International Academy of Television and Radio,
Nikolay Kostandyan – Director of “Komitas Museum-Institute” SNCO, Candidate of Arts,
Ashot Hambardzumyan – Designer of the National Radio and Cinema Center of Armenia, painter of the Yerevan Festivals and the Moscow Academic Opera and Ballet Theater,
Kristine Gyonjyan, Director of the Union of (Network) Operators of Armenia.
Eleven people applied for the vacancies of the members of the Council of Public Broadcaster:

The Competition Committee voted to determine the winners, as a result of which Vanik Khechoyan received 1 (one), Vasak Darbinyan 3 (three), Varuzhan Olkinyan 4 (four), Hovhannes Yeranyan 1 (one) and Gagik Ginosyan 1 (one) vote in favor.
The decisions on the winners, Vasak Darbinyan and Varuzhan Olkinyan, in accordance with the “Law on Audiovisual Media”, will be submitted to the RA Prime Minister for approval.
