The territorial Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Artsakh Republic has initiated and accepted for proceedings the case on the fact of shooting by the enemy on 9 October 2021, at around 12:20 in the direction of the administrative territory of the Martakert region of the Artsakh Republic, where Aram Aleksey Tepnants, a resident of Martakert, Azerbaijan, born in 1966, was working on a tractor. The shooting was based on national hatred, for the purpose of intentionally killing another person unlawfully, as a result of which Aram Tepnants was fatally wounded. The criminal case was initiated under Article 103, Part 2, Clause 14 of the Criminal Code of the Artsakh Republic.

The Investigative Committee of the Artsakh Republic reported.

Relevant judicial-investigative actions are carried out within the framework of the criminal case.
