Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikael Aghasandyan as the Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian Federation to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The document was published on Tuesday on the official portal of legal information.
“TASS” reported.
The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
By another decree, Putin relieved Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Shvedov Andrei Vladimirovich, from this post.
