Davit Khazhakyan reports that the Governing Board of the “Bright Armenia” Party has decided not to run in the 17 October elections to the local government bodies in Shirak and Syunik regions.

“The pre-election period showed that the forthcoming elections do not have any political component, they will not contribute to the formation of effective local government circles.
