Based on the requirements of Point 5 of the Decisison of the Chairaman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia No. 159-L of 05.08.2021 “On providing assistance in the process of organizing and holding the 12 September, 2021 General Meeting of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia”, the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter the Chamber) provides a hall and other conditions for the debate of the candidates for the President of the Chamber.
The debate will take place on 8 September, 2021, at 19:00 in the Picasso Conference Hall of the Congress Hotel, located at 1 Italy Street.
The debate will be conducted by a representative of the Chamber.
All the candidates for the Chairman of the Chamber – Simon Babayan, Tamara Poghosyan and Gevorg Gyozalyan are invited to the debate.
The general conditions for holding the debate are:
- Candidates will be given up to 30 minutes to present their program.
- The lawyers present at the debate, the other candidates, and the moderator will ask questions to the candidates.
- Admission is free for all lawyers.
- The debate will be broadcast online.
- It is forbidden to insult each other during the debate. Offensive questions will be removed by the moderator.
