The European Court of Human Rights has ruled today on the case of Aleksander Arzumanyan stating that Article 11 of the Convention has been violated, and appropriate compensation must be paid. Liparit Simonyan his advocate provided the information.
“I congratulate Aleksander Arzumanyan. I and Vahe Grigoryan have represented Alexander Arzumanyan’s interests in this case,” Simonyan wrote.
It should be noted that Aleksander Arzumanyan won the lawsuit against Armenia in the European Court of Human Rights. The Armenian Government must pay Arzumanyan 2.5 thousand euros from the state budget.
