Russian peacekeepers continue their mission in Nagorno Karabakh. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the situation around the clock at 27 checkpoints and monitoring the ceasefire.
“The ceasefire is generally maintained along the entire line of contact.
At the same time, a shootout took place in Shushi region on 16 August, 2021, from 21:00 to 21:15. The incident was settled with the support of Russian peacekeepers. There are no casualties,” the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
