On 28 July, at around 3:40 am, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces once again resorted to provocation, violating the ceasefire in the north-eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Local battles took place, which, as of 07:00, continue. According to preliminary information, there are losses on both sides as a result of hostilities.

The RA Ministry of Defense stated that the entire responsibility for the aggravation of the situation falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.
