Mihran Poghosyan’s claim was upheld

The decision on revoking the registration of Mihran Poghosyan, the former head of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts was declared invalid.

The Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia has made a decision, which says in particular: “To declare the decision No. 129-A on revoking the registration of the deputy candidate Mihran Poghosyan included in the electoral list for the 20 June special elections to the RA National Assembly to be invalid.”

Notably, Mihran Poghosyan is the 11th in the list of the “I have Honor” Bloc.

Earlier, the Central Electoral Commission annulled the registration of Mihran Poghosyan, the former head of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts, as a candidate for the “I have Honor” Bloc.

The CEC made the decision during the 8 June sitting.
