Today Lusine Petrosyan, the authorized representative of Barev Yerevan Alliance in CEC, introduced the complaint of the Alliance to the Administrative Court of the RA with request to to recognize the CEC Decision 107 A of 11 May invalid.

Referring to a number of Articles of the RA Law on Fundamentals of Administration and administrative Procedure, which were violated by the CEC actions and its decision 107A, the applicants requested the court to annul the mentioned decision and oblige CEC to consider the application of Barev Yerevan Alliance dated 10 May with request to annul the results of the elections of Yerevan Council of Aldermen.
