The volume of vaccines against coronavirus in Armenia will be increased according to the availability of the vaccine.

The Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan, who was vaccinated with AstraZeneca vaccine, said this today, on 28 April, in a conversation with journalists.

“Recently, we had two pregnant women who had been taken to hospital in an extremely serious condition. In our opinion, if their relatives, who are not included in the risk group, had been vaccinated, those pregnant women would not have been in such an extreme condition. There are many more cases – our goal is to have as many vaccinated citizens as possible, who will ensure public immunity; we will finally say goodbye to this general catastrophe,” Anahit Avanesyan said.
