Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron had a telephone conversation, during which, among other issues, they discussed the situation around Nagorno Karabakh.

“It is noted with satisfaction that the situation remains calm, the planned work of the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia on the implementation of the statements of 9 November, 2020 and 11 January, 2021 on Nagorno Karabakh continues. Both sides expressed readiness to coordinate various aspects of the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, including the OSCE Minsk Group,” the statement reads.
