Today, on 13 April, during the court session, Hayk Alumyan, the lawyer of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, said that Robert Kocharyan, based on his symptoms, passed the Covid-19 test on the doctor’s instructions.

Alumyan also said that there was a confirmed case of coronavirus disease in Kocharyan’s close circle, he did not inform whom, asking to speak about it behind closed doors.

“Mr. Kocharyan will come to the court session if the court takes responsibility for further possible consequences. Dear court, if you say it is mandatory, we will prefer the court decision, he will come to the hearing,” he said.
