The elections of the members of the Board of the Chamber of Advocates, the members preparing the disciplinary case are over. The RA Chamber of Advocates reported.

“The chairman of the Counting Commission announced the end of the voting.

The Counting Commission allowed the voters in the voting room to vote, after which the chairman of the Counting Commission closed the ballot boxes.

The results of the voting will be summed up at the sitting of the Counting Commission.

The results of the secret ballot are summarized in a separate room.

In parallel with summarizing the voting results, before opening the ballot box, the Commission draws up a protocol (No. 1), which states: 1) the number of unused ballots, making the unused ballots unusable by cutting the corner; 2) the total number of people entitled to participate in the meeting (list number); 3) the number of people who received ballots according to the signatures’ list.

After drawing up Protocol No. 1, the Chairman of the Counting Commission will open the relevant ballot box, remove one ballot from the ballot box, announce the result of the voting, passing it to the members of the Counting Commission for sorting. After sorting the ballots, they will be counted and the results will be recorded.

The Counting Commission will summarize the results of the elections in the manner provided by the charter, and make one of the following decisions:

1) On the election of members of the Board of the RA Chamber of Advocates.

2) On the selection of the persons preparing the case;

“The results of the voting will be announced after the final counting of ballots,” the statement said.
