On 26 April, at 16:54, an alarm from village Berdavan of Tavush marz informed that Nazeli Atoyan, resident of Berdavan village was threatening to commit suicide through cutting the veins. Ministry of Emergency Situation informs that one subdivision left to the place.
It occurred that Nazeli Atoyan (born 1982) was in the state of mental disorder and had cut her veins. Prior to the arrival of the emergency medical service, the representatives of Emergency Situation service provided first medical aid to the woman. N. Atoyan was taken to the Medical center of Noyemberyan City.
The doctors consider her state as satisfactory.
