Today, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan, RA NSS Director Colonel Armen Abazyan, Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Troops in Artsakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, met with the official representative of Azerbaijan in the territory under the control of the Russian troops.

Spokeswoman for the President of Artsakh Republic Lusine Avanesyan told Artsakhpress about this.

“Other humanitarian issues related to the return of prisoners and the search for the missing were discussed. Issues related to the fate of missing persons during the war in the 1990s were also discussed,” Avanesyan added.
