The mandate of former NA deputy Tigran Karapetyan was given to Anna Grigoryan. Today, on 18 January, she was sworn in from the NA tribune: “I swear to fulfill my obligations to the people in good faith, to observe the Constitution and the laws, to contribute to the preservation of the sovereignty and the interests of the Republic of Armenia, to do everything for the preservation of civic solidarity, national and universal values.”

Notably, on 18 December, Tigran Karapetyan informed that he had submitted a resignation letter.

“Dear citizens of Syunik

I have submitted an application to resign from the mandate of a deputy of the National Assembly. You gave me a mandate with your vote of confidence and at your own request, I will resign.”
