D. Arakelyan (convicted, the conviction outstanding) is charged for the fact that on August 22 2009, he found a weapon in the rest room of the gambling house “Milan.” The police officer of Mashtots Police department of Yerevan police accidentally had left his weapon, with bullets and the cartridge clip there. D. Arakelyan took the weapon it to his house and hid it.

D. Arakelyan is arrested.

The disk with the video from “Milan” gambling house is the evidence of the fact.

Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
