The agenda of the 3 December regular sitting of the government, includes the draft decision on approving the draft laws “On Higher Education and Science” and related laws and considering them urgent, which the government approved.

The draft law contains problematic, unconstitutional provisions, about which Iravaban.net spoke with PHD in law, Associate Professor Arsen Tavadyan.
