Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision on 24 November, which states:

“Guided by Article 9, Part 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Public Service”,
To appoint Arayik Harutyunyan Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister.”

Arayik Harutyunyan was relieved of the post of Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport in accordance with the 23 November decree of the RA President.

Notably, the position of the Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister was held by Vagharshak Harutyunyan, who was appointed the RA Minister of Defense.
