Former Member of the RA National Assembly, former Chairman of the Union of Yerkrapah Volunteers, “Hero of Artsakh”, Lieutenant General Manvel Grigoryan will not be buried in “Yerablur” military pantheon. Political scientist Edgar Elbakyan writes about this on his Facebook page․

“According to my information, the current Armenian authorities refused to fulfill the last will of Manvel Grigoryan, the hero of Artsakh who liberated Fizuli, Horadiz, Talish and Aregasar, and bury him in the plot of land near the tomb of Vazgen Sargsyan in the Yerablur military pantheon (which is there), and the funeral will take place in the brotherly cemetery of the hero’s native village Arshaluys.

Let us add that Manvel Grigoryan’s lawyer Arsen Mkrtchyan confirmed the information as well.
