“The migrants who are to arrive in Nagorno-Karabakh can be provided with residential modules from pre-fabricated structures,” Evgeniy Zinichev the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.  RIA Novosti reported.

“At present, a significant number of IDPs are expected to arrive in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to various estimates, their number may reach 30 thousand. At the same time, the existing infrastructure can accommodate about 5 thousand people. Various options are being worked out to accommodate the remaining population, including construction residential modules from pre-fabricated structures,” Zinichev said.
