Armenia has applied to the ECtHR to ensure the right to life of 10 citizens who went missing after the ceasefire. The application demanded that steps be taken to ensure the right to life of 10 citizens who went missing on the Goris-Shushi road on 11  November and to refrain from inhuman treatment.

Edmon Marukyan, a member of the “Bright Armenia” faction, started his speech during the regular sitting in the National Assembly today, 17 November.
