The State Emergency Situations Service of the Artsakh Republic informs:

“This is Stepanakert after the rocket attack. It should be noted that the capital of Artsakh was regularly shelled overnight and at dawn. The rocket hit a residential house, killing 3 civilians.

As a result of search and rescue operations, the Artsakh Rescue Forces removed the bodies from the rubble.

The adjacent apartments were partially damaged.”
