The founder of the “Tashir” development group of companies and the president of the Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs of Russia Samvel Karapetyan is going to rebuild the bombed maternity ward of the hospital in Stepanakert, the businessman told “Ria Novosti”.
Earlier it was reported about the shelling of the maternity hospital building in Stepanakert by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
“I want to firmly assure the people of Artsakh that we will definitely re-build a new modern maternity hospital in Stepanakert. New lives will be born here again,” Samvel Karapetyan said.
