Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay has said that his country will send troops to Nagorno Karabakh if such a request is received from Azerbaijan.
“From the very first day, our president has already outlined his position. Turkey will not hesitate, especially our president,” Fuat Oktay told CNN Turk.

From the very first days of the war, high-ranking Armenian officials note that Turkey is already directly involved in the war unleashed by Azerbaijan in Karabakh.

The President of Armenia referred in detail to the large-scale military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Artsakh Republic since 27 September, Turkey’s involvement in it and its military-political assistance. “On 27 September, Azerbaijan decided to abandon the peace process and unleash war, and Turkey provides full political, diplomatic and military assistance,” President Sarkissian said.
“Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh must end,” President of the European Council Charles Michel said. He was interested in the regional developments taking place in the context of the conflict. The President of Armenia presented the situation in detail, noting that Turkey’s policy in the region is destabilizing and a serious threat to the stability and security of the region.
In an interview with Россия сегодня (Russia Today), RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that Turkey is the main sponsor of this war, and there is enough evidence to prove that fact.
“It is obvious that Turkey is the main sponsor of this war. Turkey hired these militants to move them to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. And a decision to start a war, to launch an attack on Nagorno Karabakh was made under the decision and auspices of Turkey.

That is why Turkey has decided to involve terrorists. The Turkish army is also involved in hostilities, not only in the leadership, but also directly the special units of the Turkish army.
