Russia raises the issue of transferring terrorists from Syria and Libya to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone during its relations with Turkey. The statement came from Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, the Russian President’s Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa, TASS reports.

“We are discussing all issues,” he said.

Answering the clarifying question whether the Russian side emphasizes the inadmissibility of transferring terrorists to the NK conflict zone, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister said, “Of course.”
