Azerbaijan has included Vitaly Milonov, a member of the Russian Duma, in its “blacklist” for his visit to Nagorno Karabakh. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country reported.
It should be reminded that today Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan received Milonov. The situation in the region due to the Azerbaijani-Turkish-terrorist aggression was discussed.
Both sides stressed the inadmissibility of actions that undermine the stability of the region, including the involvement of foreign and terrorist forces.
