The Co-Chairs of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group welcome the declaration of a humanitarian ceasefire in Karabakh and call on the parties to fulfill their commitments in full. This is stated in a statement issued by the OSCE Spokesperson.

It is noted that the Co-Chairs – Russia, France and the United States – welcome the joint statement of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and the Russian Federation on a humanitarian ceasefire.

“The Co-Chairs continue to be in active contact with the parties to support their efforts to reach an agreement on specific parameters of the ceasefire, to conclude intensive substantive negotiations to reach an agreement on agreed principles and standards,” the statement said.
