President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his address to the people said that he was giving Armenia “the last chance” to return to the format of negotiations and withdraw troops from Karabakh.
According to him, battles in the region are going on in all directions, and the armed forces of Azerbaijan are strengthening their positions.
“We are forcing the occupier, the aggressor, to peace. We showed them that we win both on the battlefield and on the negotiating table. Aliyev said that the status quo in Nagorno-Karabakh no longer exists, since Baku has changed it.
