“Stepanakert was shelled again.”
The Defense Army recently reported that the situation in the Artsakh-Azerbaijani conflict zone was relatively stable and tense during the night. The operative-tactical situation remained unchanged. Clashes and artillery battles continued in some parts of the front, the enemy fired rockets and artillery in the direction of peaceful settlements.
