During 1990-1994 we have seen the working style of targeting Stepanakert by the enemy. The representative of the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated about this during the press conference.

“Almost nothing has changed today. They are trying to compensate for any disgrace on the military front of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces by targeting the civilian population. In both the north and the south, the enemy ground troops registered the task of only one battalion. “Those who understand the military will understand that it is a disgrace,” he said.

Hovhannisyan also noted that the Ministry of Defense and the Artsakh authorities do everything possible to compile as many infallible lists of wounded and perished servicemen as possible.
