The enemy is shelling the cities of Stepanakert and Shushi again.

Spokesman of the Artsakh President Vahram Poghosyan reported.

“The response of the Defense Army will not be late. However, unlike the terrorist government of Baku, we do not target the civilian population, but the military facilities permanently located in major cities.

We once again call on the civilian population living in those cities to leave their homes immediately to avoid possible casualties.”
