Dilijan Medical Center posted an announcement on its Facebook page, which says:

“Dear visitors,

We are pleased to announce that Dilijan Medical Center is returning to its former working regime due to the reduction of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Armenia. We are proud to say that we have also made a small contribution to the tense, selfless struggle against this infection that is being carried throughout the country, and we have fulfilled the tasks set before us with honor. It should be reminded that from 12 June to 31 July of this year, about 200 Covid-19 positive patients received treatment at Dilijan Medical Center. We would like to express our deep gratitude to the people who were involved in this heroic work: doctors, nurses, medics, diagnostics staff, catering staff, organizers.

The Covid-19 department opened at Dilijan Medical Center has been closed since 1 August. The building has been completely disinfected, is operating normally and is ready to receive patients.

Visits by specialists from Erebuni-Nairi Medical Centers will resume this week.
