The second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan posted a video on his Facebook page about the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. He also noted:

“The friendship with Vladimir Putin, the high-level state dialogue has developed the Armenian-Russian strategic partnership, contributed to the increase of Armenia’s security. Thanks to the lasting friendship between the two countries and peoples, our compatriots accept one of the world’s superpowers, Russia, #Leader Vladimir Putin as a friend, relative and ally.”
