120 shots and violations were carried out by the enemy along the whole border of the Republic of Armenia. Mostly firearms were used, including large-caliber ones, no artillery or other larger-caliber means were used.

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, Deputy Head of the Military University after Vazgen Sargsyan, said this today, on the morning of 17 July, during a briefing.

“The shootings were carried out not only in the Tavush sector, during the actual hostilities that were taking place in recent days, but also along the entire border of Tavush, including Noyemberyan. There were shootings in the Gegharkunik sector, in the 2nd Army Corps sector, and in the Nakhichevan sector, in the 4th and 5th Army Corps,” he said.

Artsrun Hovhannisyan also mentioned that it can be considered that the tension has significantly eased.
