The information about “Remdesivir” is correct, the Ministry of Health has made a procurement. Commandant Tigran Avinyan stated this during a special sitting of the National Assembly.

According to him, the medicine will not be available in pharmacies, it will be used by medical centers.

It should be reminded that the World Health Organization named “Remedisivir” the only drug that has proven its effectiveness in the fight against coronavirus.

Soumya Swaminathan, the organization’s chief researcher, said the drug was effective in treating all patients who did not have a severe illness.

Thanks to “Remdesivir” it was possible to reduce the number of cases to be hospitalized, to increase the rate of patients’ recovery.
