PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan has issued a statement stating, The “Armenian Armed Forces” is the reliable guarantor of the security of the peoples of Armenia and Artsakh and the most important component of regional stability. It must be the sacred duty and responsibility of each of us to stand by the army and the soldier.
