The examination of the motion to detain Gagik Tsarukyan, a member of the National Assembly, which is being held at the Shengavit residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, was postponed.

Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan told journalists about this.

He reiterated that these are fabricated cases. “This is a politically fabricated case. In connection with 5 June, I have stated, seeing the state of the country and the economy.”

Touching upon the criminal case, Gagik Tsarukyan mentioned J. “Hours, assignments, exams, only a few hundred investigators for this case in 2 days, what a terror this was. There is no one to say about the election whether Tsarukyan is connected or Tsarukyan has given money. The incident took place on 4 February, the case of inspecting Vazgen took place and over, there was no investigation, and immediately after my speech, 120 investigators got involved in that case. Since I have nothing to do with governance, I am the owner. ”

The PAP leader mentioned that those who make the wrong decision will be called to responsibility.

Notably, earlier the National Security Service conducted a search in the private house of NA deputy Gagik Tsarukyan.

Further, the NSS informed that a criminal case has been initiated on the activities of “Onira Club” and “Shangri-La” casinos belonging to “Onira Club” LLC,which were presented as an investment of 61,146,139,340 billion AMD and caused the state 29,750,000,000 AMD.  According to the second statement, the National Security Service revealed that in another criminal case, hundreds of cases of distributing election bribes by the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) were also revealed, in which the leading members of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) were also involved.
