RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan has filed a lawsuit against former director of Masis Medical Center Nune Avanesyan, demanding to refute the information that is considered publicly defamatory. The case was signed to Judge Sargis Yeritsyan of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan. To note, the same judge examined Ara Minasyan’s lawsuit against Arsen Torosyan. In this case, Torosyan lost.
Nune Avanesyan was relieved of her post in 2018 by the order of Ararat Governor Garik Sargsyan.
