Deputy Prime Minister, Commandant of the State of Emergency Tigran Avinyan answers the question of the deputies in the National Assembly. Answering the question of the NA Deputy Speaker Vahe Enfiajyan, in connection with identifying of the location by phone calls, he mentioned that a new system will be introduced soon.

“Armenia will be divided into 119 districts, where there will be groups of police officers, and groups of staff member of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who will have to check the fact of self-isolation of people who are instructed to self-isolation and report to the system,” Avinyan said.
