Today, on 13 May, Judge Anna Danibekyan announced at the Shengavit residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, the decision rejecting the motion to replace the detention of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan with a personal guarantee.

Notably, the former Prime Ministers of the Republic of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Karen Karapetyan, as well as former Prime Minister of the Artsakh Republic Anushavan Danielyan made personal guarantees.
