On 7 May, at the session of the National Assembly, Deputy Arsen Julfalakyan addressed a question to the Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan, asking him to present the most important points of the Law on Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin.
“About 20 days ago we passed the Law on Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin, a very important law, but when communicating with different circles of the society, I had a serious opinion that different layers of our society did not understand the nuances, misinterpretations and speculations, they are many,” Julfalakyan said.
