All the service offices of the Cadastre Committee, except for the “Vardenis” service office, will resume work on 28 April.

The Cadastre Committee informs.

The offices continue to accept only the following types of applications:

• State registration of property rights and restrictions,
• State registration of termination of rights,
• Real Estate Address Registration,
• Making a note on the renaming,
• On the existence of registered rights to property,
• Return with submitted documents,
• Issuance of a new certificate,
• Error Correction,
• Termination of proceedings,
• Provision of copies of documents.

Please note that in addition to the above-mentioned types of applications, the remaining applications will be accepted through www.e-cadastre.am website.

We urge the persons who have the opportunity to sign the documents electronically, to submit all applications through www.e-cadastre.am website.

Also please note that all graduation documents based on the submitted applications (except for documents returned with copies) can be obtained only through the website www.e-cadastre.am.
