Today, 17 April, Martin Galstyan was elected chairman of the Central Bank. The chairman of the Counting Committee Vahagn Hovakimyan stated at the National Assembly, summing up the voting results.

According to him, 119 deputies took part in the closed secret ballot for the election of the chairman of the Central Bank. 104 deputies voted “for” and 15 “against”.
