Acting Chief of Police Arman Sargsyan has submitted to the government’s approval a draft which provides for liquidation “02 Weekly” Closed Joint Stock Company.
The justification states that each body of public administration in line with the economic, social and budgetary policies of the Government of the Republic of Armenia shall carry out functions solely and consistent with its objectives. According to the draft decision, it is envisaged to terminate the activity of an organization subordinate to the Police, which performs functions not specific to the police activity.
The weekly was founded in 2000.
