On 16 March, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a new decision dismissing David Beginyan from the post of Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer.
Sergey Meghryan was appointed to this post by another decision of the Prime Minister.
“Guided by Article 9 (7) of the Republic of Armenia Law on Public Service, and Article 12 (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law on Compulsory Enforcement Service appoint Sergey Meghryan Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer,” the decision reads.
