The Civil Court of Appeal has issued a statement informing that the hearings will be held in written procedure.

“Following the official reports on coronavirus and the importance of public health, the RA Civil Court of Appeal reports:

1․ Guided by the need to balance the right to a fair trial with the right to the protection of the health of the population, the Court of Appeals has ruled that the trial of cases that have been assigned to hearings between March 16 and 23 will be conducted in written procedure. Court hearings that require an oral hearing will be delayed by decisions of the Court of Appeal on which the parties to the case will be duly notified.

2․ To avoid personal contact as much as possible, we urge those involved in the case to avoid handing over the documents to the court office and sending them by mail. In case of urgent cases, the documents can be sent simultaneously by mail and to the court’s e-mail address: [email protected].

3․ People in the case are kindly requested to come to the court office to obtain a copy of the case file, photographs, photocopies and copies only when necessary.
